A project starts from an idea.

It takes time for it to become reality and this time varies according to the complexity of the project, the forces put into the field, the economic resources, and the goals set at the outset.

Then, in order to develop the project correctly, due attention must be given to each minute detail and a multiplicity of heterogeneous aspects like feasibility and sustainability over time, company organisation, human resources involved, an adequate investment plan, and the average return on investment times.

The soul of the organisation must be uncovered to discover the distinctive element that will make the project unique.

The head is round to allow ideas to change direction.
(Francis Picabia)
