Twelve months – three of which as an intern – that introduced me to what is now my profession: a company communicator.
I trained in the public relations practice for a well-known Bolognese fashion accessory company - for two years I worked in the institutional press office and on managing customer service for the leading brand, assisted and supported by the owner of the practice.
In 1999, along with some partners I started an integrated communication practice, filling the position of strategic area and media relations manager. These were unforgettable years of hard work but also great satisfaction. Our clients included many companies in the Bologna area.
In 2003 I embarked on a new experience as a consultant, assisting a sports marketing company in Bologna as communication and events manager. I worked mainly in the world of the World Speed Motorcycling Championships, seeing to all the public relations activities required to maintain sponsorship contracts: planning of press campaigns, planning and organising events, corporate identity actions, and B2C actions.
From 2005 to 2007 I worked in the art world, accepting the position of marketing and communications manager for a private contemporary art museum. I found the experience in the museum marketing sector exciting, as it allowed me to engage in what I had also seen to due to personal interest.
In 2008 I returned to the “sporting” world: I oversaw organisation of some national and international events and in 2009 I became communications manager of a motorcycling sports clothing company in Vicenza. I work with a publishing house in 2010 as senior account following two book projects "Captains Courageous", supported by Confindustria Emilia Romagna, aimed at increase the value of our region entrepreneurship.
This went hand in hand with other projects, for which I worked with professionals that had developed solid know-how in the varied communication environments: this means that I can propose targeted solutions for every need.
